Once you're in, you'll need to enter our organisation name "westcoastgym"
Then you should be in and able to log in! It's that simple!

Current & Former Students / Families:

Go to CUSTOMER PORTAL button located on the home page or at the bottom of every other page. This will take you to our Customer Portal

Go to CREATE ACCOUNT and enter your email address

Check the boxes PRIVACY POLICY, TERMS OF USE, AND COOKIE POLICY

Click I AM NOT A ROBOT

Click SEND EMAIL

Check your email for the verification code (copy and paste it back in iClassPro page). Be sure to check your junk mail as quite often mail servers don't recognise iClass email addresses

Complete all information

Read all Policies and Procedures, Waiver of Liability & Billing Authorization

Click I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL POLICIES

ADD STUDENT - Complete all information

The Three Partnerships of West Coast Gymnasts / iClassPro / Payrix
iClassPro, Payrix, and our Club work together as a single, secure ecosystem to handle your child's class registrations and tuition payments. iClassPro manages the schedules, Payrix safely processes the money, and our Club provides the actual instruction.
Our Club (Us): We provide the classes, coaches, and curriculum. We use iClassPro to manage our daily operations and student rosters.
iClassPro: This is our administrative software. It provides your Customer Portal where you view schedules, register for classes, and see your account balance.
iClassPro is the trusted, gold-standard management platform for youth sports globally and right here in WA. It is the exact same system used by premier facilities across the state, including the Perth Gymnastics Academy, Active Gymnastics, and The Academy of Gymnastics, ensuring your families receive the highest level of data protection and scheduling reliability available in the gymnastics industry."
Payrix: This is the secure payment processor embedded directly inside iClassPro. They act as the financial bridge between your bank and ours.
This partnership ensures your financial data is fully encrypted and never stored on our local computers.
How They Work Together

You Initiate: You log into the iClassPro Portal or app and select a class or fee to pay.
iClassPro Communicates: iClassPro securely passes the payment amount and encrypted card details to Payrix.
Payrix Processes: Payrix contacts your credit card network to verify funds, approve the transaction, and safely transfer the money. Using embedded payment processors like Payrix is the exact same safety and billing model used by major global brands like Amazon, Uber, and Shopify.
A Familiar Model You Already Use Every Day: When you buy something on Amazon, Amazon doesn't actually process your credit card directly; they use a secure, embedded financial network behind the scenes to handle the money safely. This exact three-way partnership is how modern, secure internet commerce works. You likely use this exact same model weekly without realizing it:
Like Amazon: When you check out on Amazon, you stay on their website, but a highly secure, background financial network safely moves the money from your bank without Amazon employees ever seeing your card number.
Like Uber or DoorDash: You store your card once in the app. The app handles the scheduling and tracking, while an embedded payment processor securely handles the automatic billing behind the scenes.
Like Shopify: When you shop at your favorite boutique online storefront, Shopify manages the website look and inventory, while an integrated processor safely clears the funds.

PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliance: Payrix maintains the highest level of security certification standard established by the credit card industry (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover).
Tokenisation (Data Masking): When you save a card for auto-pay, the actual card number is instantly replaced with a scrambled digital "token." Only this token is stored. If anyone ever breached the system, they would only find useless strings of random characters.
End-to-End Encryption: Your data is encrypted the exact millisecond you type it into your screen, protecting it from hackers as it travels across the internet.
Account Updates: Payrix instantly tells iClassPro the payment was successful, your portal balance updates to $0, and our facility secures your child's spot in class.
Payrix Deducts a Fee: For every transaction, Payrix takes a small percentage or flat fee to cover these network costs and ensure financial encryption compliance.
What This Means for You: Because we absorb the processing fee, the tuition price you see is exactly what you pay—with no hidden credit card surcharges at checkout. We cover this cost entirely to ensure a straightforward and transparent billing experience for our families.
